Jeff Walsh

Founder, Lead Consultant

Jeff Walsh is the founder and owner of Lean Enterprise System Solutions.  He decided to start his own consultancy 7 years ago after having been responsible for implementing Lean Business Systems for several large, multinational manufacturing organizations.

​

Jeff has been a Lean facilitator for close to 20 years. He has had tremendous success transforming organizations of all sizes, both domestically and internationally, by implementing versions of the Lean Business System. He has trained thousands of associates, and significantly improved the KPI’s of hundreds of business processes, in companies ranging from $5 million to $20 billion in annual sales.  


Jeff was trained in the implementation of the Toyota Production System by the world renowned Shingijutsu consulting firm, while working at manufacturing powerhouse, Danaher. Danaher was Shingijutsu's very first US client and is widely respected as a Lean pioneer in America, performing at levels only dreamed of by their competition.

Jeff is a highly qualified Lean facilitator and his clients’ success proves that he delivers sustainable results! He believes in changing businesses one person at a time. He has a passion for teaching every associate, from the CEO to the assembly line worker, and empowering them to grow and innovate within the organization, while inspiring them to embrace change.

Camille Cabildo

Office Manager

Camille is the Office Manager at Lean Enterprise System Solutions, responsible for all organizational administrative processes.  She is also successfully being trained in Client Engagement functions.

​

Camille studied Mass Communications at St. Francis of Assisi College, Cavite, Philippines.  She began her career in Sales at JFC, a multinational Food and Beverage corporation based in Pasig, Philippines.  

​

In 2009, Camille took the Sales Coordinator position at EGMA Optical Supply in Dubai, UAE, where she successfully managed the Customer to Cash value stream, ensuring order entry, purchasing, warehousing, shipping, freight forwarders, invoicing and accounts receivable processes were all in sync.

​

Camille moved to the United States in 2016, and shortly thereafter took a Customer Service supervisor role at Bozzuto's Inc., a 70-year-old food wholesale distributor operating in New England, where she excelled at providing efficient, friendly, and courteous service to all customers and employees, writing training protocols and delivering new employee training.

​

Camille is a fast learner, upbeat, friendly, and considerate by nature, and is very flexible in dealing with various people from all walks of life.  She is a proactive and results oriented person, taking problems as challenges and willing to go the extra mile to solve them to the satisfaction of all parties.
